Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it or your Credit card.

We also offer bank transfer for our customers or on request.

How long does the shipping take?

We try to ship orders as soon as possible. At the moment we dispatch orders once a week. Due to the fact that some of our products are handmade and built to order, we need some more time to get it ready for you and on the way. If you’re not sure, please contact us and ask about the status. International orders can sadly also take up to a weeks so be patient and watch your postman.

Returns?

Please contact us before sending your order back! We are always trying to prevent returns and make you happy with your order. If you have any questions about the products please ask them before buying, so that we can sort out everything.

Apparel can be returned in the first 14 days after receiving them. We kindly ask the customer to take care of the return costs. If you are from Germany and your returning order value is more than 80€, we will pay the costs for the returns. Returning/Exchange costs from outside of Germany has to be paid by the buyer, as long as there was no fault or mistake on our side.

Please take the time before your order, read everything carefully and ask us for help, if you have any questions on sizing and fit. We love to advise you and provide a great service, also to prevent returns and save both sides time and money.
